Mondays

Trapeze Gentle Flow

The Gentle Monday Flow is all about feeling relaxed and supported by the Yoga Trapeze. This is good if you are taking it easy that day. 

Tuesdays

11am - 12nn

Trapeze Balanced Flow

The Balanced Flow is a mix of the gentle poses to ease into the trapeze, strength-building poses to get your muscles working, stretch pose using the trapeze and a dash of funky poses 

Thursdays

11am - 12nn

Trapeze StrongFlow

The Strong Flow gets you off the ground with some funky poses and fast-paced poses so prepare to be challenged, laugh and giggle as you work the poses out using the Yoga Trapeze

Mondays

3pm - 4pm

Gravity® Gentle Flow 

The Gravity® Gentle (Beginners) Flow is for first-timers to try Gravity Yoga. The class will cover mostly easy poses and in time progress to the next level poses. It's also great for experienced practitioners if you want to take it easy during that day. Difficult poses are held less compared to the easy ones.

3pm - 4pm

Gravity® Balanced Flow

The Gravity® Balanced (Intermediate) Flow is great if you have taken a couple of classes. It's a balanced class in such a way that it's just right in between a gentle class and an advanced class. Poses are held between 1 minute to 5 minutes, with more hold emphasis on the intermediate poses and less time on the easy poses.

Gravity® StrongFlow 

The Gravity® Strong (Advanced) Flow is perfect for you if you are familiar with how Gravity Yoga works and have taken a number of classes. Except for the warm-up poses at the beginning of the class, the entire session focuses on advance gravity yoga poses that are held 1 minute to 5 minutes.

Hatha Gentle Flow

Class sequences are designed for beginners in Hatha Yoga This class is taught in a slow-paced manner that focuses on breathing and alignment required to master the yoga poses / asanas.

Tuesdays

1pm - 2pm

Hatha Balanced Flow

Class sequences are designed for students who are familiar with the yoga poses/asanas in Hatha Yoga This class is taught in a moderate-pace starting with a single round of gentle flow sequences and then picking up the pace once each flow sequence is introduced. 

Thursdays

1pm - 2pm

Hatha Strong Flow

Class sequences are designed for students who are familiar with the yoga poses/asanas in Hatha Yoga This class is taught in a more dynamic pace compared to Gentle Hatha Flow & Balanced Hatha Flow.
